Mindeless Drivel

This delightful scene is the picture which I have painted to adorn the front cover of my book entitled 'Mindless Drivel' which I have written and is available to buy now on the Amazon Kindle store (he shamelessly plugged). The book's plot is centred around a murder and I though perhaps one of those dead body chalk outlines would make a good image for the cover. Unfortunately some rogue yellow decided to spatter itself all over my painting and I was left with this abstract monstrosity. Naturally I drove it out to my nearest motorway bridge intent on hurling it into the path of an oncoming steamroller but then I decided that I couldn't be bothered to paint it again and happily accepted it for the glorious mess it became.
